HIPAA Enablement Specialist

About the role

High-volume sales specialist focused on rapidly onboarding independent healthcare practices across the East Coast. You'll be the front line of our mission — converting practices from vulnerable to protected.

What you'll do

  • Drive high-volume outreach to independent dental, medical, and behavioral health practices
  • Conduct discovery calls and platform demonstrations
  • Convert qualified leads through consultative selling
  • Build and nurture relationships with local healthcare networks
  • Organize and attend local healthcare events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns and content
  • Meet and exceed monthly activation targets

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in high-velocity B2B sales, preferably SaaS or healthcare
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in transactional sales environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter comfortable with autonomy
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Healthcare industry knowledge a plus, but not required — we'll train you
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the New York metro area
