Patient Protect for Patients

Your health data belongs to you.

Not locked in a system you’ve never seen.

Not scattered across offices you can’t track.

Not managed by software that was never built with you in mind.

When your provider uses Patient Protect, you get a portal — a real one. You see your records. You see who accessed them. You communicate securely across every practice you work with. And you do it all in one place.

We built Patient Protect because we are all patients.

Every doctor has a doctor. Every dentist sits in someone else’s chair. Every officer has a chart somewhere in a system they cannot log into.

We are all beholden to systems that hold our most personal information — and most of us have never been given real visibility into them.

The law gives you rights over your health data. The right to access it. The right to know who has seen it. The right to control how it moves.

But those rights are written in legal language that no patient should have to decode.

Patient Protect makes them real. Not theoretical. Not buried in a privacy policy. Real — visible, usable, and yours.

Two things broke the system.

You can’t see your own data.

Your health records are split across every office you’ve ever visited. Five providers means five portals, five logins, five systems — none of which talk to each other. Most patients have never seen a complete picture of their own health history. That shouldn’t be the default.

You don’t know how your data is being used.

Who accessed your file last Tuesday? Which staff member reviewed your records before your appointment? Has anyone looked at your chart since you left? You probably don’t know. You probably never thought to ask. The system was not built to tell you.

Patient Protect changes both.

What Patient Protect gives you.

Your Records

See your health records as required by law — accessible, organized, and yours to review at any time.

Access Transparency

See who accessed your files, when, and from where. With as much detail as the office has themselves.

Secure Messaging

Communicate with your provider without exposing your data to email or unsecured apps. One system. Every office you trust.

One Portal. Every Provider.

When multiple providers use Patient Protect, you manage all of them in a single experience. No more juggling portals. Your referred specialist and your primary care provider — one login.

Your data. Your rights. Made visible.

HIPAA was written to protect you. But protection without visibility is just a locked door you’ve never been shown.

Patient Protect makes your rights legible — not as legal text, but as real capability.

  • Access your records on your timeline.
  • Track who has seen your information.
  • Communicate on your terms.
  • Move between providers without losing the thread.
“This is not compliance. This is control. And it has always belonged to you.”

When your provider uses Patient Protect, you know something different.

You know their security is monitored daily — not checked once a year and filed.

You know their safeguards meet a standard built specifically around your data.

You know there is accountability built into the system — not just a promise on their website.

You are not trusting blindly anymore.

Questions patients ask.

Is my information safe in Patient Protect?

Yes. Patient Protect uses AES-256-GCM encryption — the same standard used for classified government data. Your information is encrypted at rest, encrypted in transit, and never accessible to anyone outside your care team.

What if my provider doesn’t use Patient Protect?

Ask them to. Independent practices can start for $39/month. If you’d like to tell them about Patient Protect, share this page with them.

What records can I access?

Any records your provider has made available through the portal, as well as your communication history, referrals, and access logs for your file.

Do I need to create an account?

Your account is created when your provider invites you to the portal. No separate signup required.
