Build your healthcare compliance service on Patient Protect.
Patient Protect is the compliance platform underneath your service. Managed service providers, value-added resellers and HIPAA consultants use it to onboard healthcare locations, carry the recurring compliance work across them, and — where they have their own training, policies or forms — publish that material into the offices they manage.
Three things partners do. Most do more than one.
A managed service provider is often also a value-added reseller, and plenty of consultants administer the offices they advise. These are overlapping business roles rather than account types, and nothing here asks you to pick one. Reseller status on its own grants no access to patient information and no administrative rights.

Every location is its own office.
Every physical location keeps its own Patient Protect subscription. Shared ownership, a single covered entity or centralized administration does not make six locations one subscription. Multi-location arrangements are quoted individually.
Each office holds its own account and its own direct relationship with Patient Protect. Your business associate agreement and the authorization an office gives you are separate things — the agreement between Patient Protect and that office does not cover you.
What an office paysHow a partner arrangement is put together
- Office subscription
- Each location maintains the Patient Protect plan its practice needs.
- Partner administration
- Portfolio pricing scales with the number of locations under management.
- Paid customization
- Available through an approved paid offering for each participating office.
- Partner Commerce
- Commercial terms reflect the offering and the portfolio. We scope a proposal with you.
Partner arrangements are structured around the offices you manage and the services you offer. Tell us about your portfolio and we will put a tailored proposal together.
What launching actually looks like.
Tell us what you manage
The offices, the services you sell today, and the first thing you want to offer. We scope the arrangement from that.
Stand up the first office
One location takes its own subscription and its own account. You are authorized into it; the practice keeps its records.
Make the work recur
Training, policies, task queues, vendor oversight and evidence become a cadence you run rather than a project you finish.
Add what is yours
Where you have your own curriculum or forms, publish them into participating offices through a paid offering.
Partner customization requires an approved paid offering for each participating office. Administration access alone does not include these capabilities.
Start with one office.
The fastest way to understand the program is to put a single location through it. Tell us what you manage and we will scope the rest around it.
