The team we intend to build.

Patient Protect is a founder-led company building security-first compliance infrastructure for independent healthcare practices. Our current team is intentionally small, and we are not actively hiring at this time.

Current hiring status

No active searches.

The role profiles below describe positions we expect to add as Patient Protect grows and reaches the operating scale required to support them responsibly. They are published to show where the company is headed and the capabilities we expect to build over time.

These are not current vacancies, and there is no committed hiring timeline. Patient Protect is not accepting applications or conducting interviews for these positions.

When an active search begins, the role will be clearly marked OPEN, include a defined hiring process, and provide a formal application.

U.S.-based future roles

Every future Patient Protect position — full-time, part-time, or contract — is expected to be performed within the United States by someone residing in the United States and authorized to work here without employer-sponsored immigration benefits.

This is a security and integrity requirement, not a comment on talent. The work we do sits inside Business Associate obligations, audit scope, and healthcare data infrastructure. We keep our workforce, our code origination, and our institutional knowledge in a single jurisdiction. That makes us slower in some ways. It makes us defensible in the ones that matter.

We receive steady inbound interest from engineers and consultants overseas, and we read every message. We are not able to engage outside the United States, and we do not expect that to change.

The standard for building here.

Every future hire will contribute to protecting independent healthcare practices that rarely have dedicated compliance or security teams. We look for people who combine urgency with judgment, communicate directly, take ownership of consequential work, and operate effectively inside an early-stage company.

Security is the mission, not a feature

Patient Protect exists because practices with compliance software were still getting breached. Every future role here will contribute to closing that gap.

Security-first compliance is a category we are still building

We add the enforcement layer independent practices need — a different discipline that complements what documentation-first vendors do well.

Independent practices deserve better

A five-person dental office faces the same threat landscape as a hospital system. We build for practices that everyone else overlooks.

Speed with substance

We move quickly with the discipline that clinical environments and healthcare-grade infrastructure require. Startup pace, healthcare seriousness.

Future team profiles.
