About the future role
An anticipated client-services position focused on onboarding, platform adoption, education, and long-term customer success.
Potential responsibilities
These responsibilities are directional and may change before the position opens.
- Onboard practices onto the platform and guide them through initial risk-baseline setup.
- Deliver training sessions covering platform features, HIPAA workflows, and evidence practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, tickets, and feature requests.
- Monitor client-health signals and address churn risk proactively.
- Author help documentation, tutorials, and platform best-practice content.
Capabilities we expect to value
These qualifications are preliminary and may evolve based on the company's needs at the time of hiring.
- Customer success, account management, or client-services experience in a technical or regulated product.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred; clinical background a major plus.
- Patient, empathetic communication style with non-technical practice managers and clinicians.
- Comfort with technical products and translating them for non-technical users.
- U.S.-based with authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
