About the role
Ensure every practice on Patient Protect achieves compliance success. You'll guide clients through onboarding, answer HIPAA questions, and proactively identify opportunities to deepen engagement.
What you'll do
- Onboard new clients and guide them through initial platform setup
- Conduct training sessions on platform features and compliance workflows
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and support
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address churn risks
- Gather and synthesize client feedback for product team
- Create help documentation, tutorials, and best practice guides
- Identify upsell opportunities and expansion potential
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or client services
- Healthcare industry experience preferred — clinical background a major plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Patient, empathetic approach to client relationships
- Comfortable with technical products and explaining them to non-technical users
- Experience with customer success platforms (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple client relationships
