Add your expertise to the Patient Protect experience.
Most partners already have material worth delivering — a course they wrote, a policy set they maintain, the intake forms they make every client adopt. Partner customization puts that material inside the offices you manage, attributed to you, in the same places the office already works.
What you can publish.
Your training curriculum
Upload and administer your own course material for the offices you manage, alongside the Patient Protect library rather than instead of it.
News, filtered and augmented
Shape which regulatory and breach updates reach an office, and add your own attributable commentary and announcements.
The compliance advice sequence
Tailor the 500-plus sequenced advice items. What Patient Protect wrote and what you changed stay distinguishable.
Policies and recommendations
Author your own, for a whole office or for named personnel within it.
Intake, referral and lead forms
Build and standardize your own forms across the offices eligible to receive them.
Delivery to patients
Send those forms through Secure Messaging or embed them on a practice website, subject to the receiving office holding Pro.
Partner customization requires an approved paid offering for each participating office. Administration access alone does not include these capabilities.
Illustrative — not a customer
What a partner assembles out of it.
A dental compliance partner combines five of the surfaces above into one named monthly service and sells it to the practices it manages. The example is constructed to show the shape; nobody said any of it.
- Specialty curriculum
- Their own dental HIPAA course, assigned to every person at the office.
- Office policies
- Their policy set, published to the office and acknowledged by name.
- A staff action sequence
- Their ordering of the compliance advice items, tuned to a dental front desk.
- Relevant updates
- Regulatory and breach news filtered to what a dental practice needs, with their commentary attached.
- Intake forms
- Their new-patient and referral forms, delivered through Secure Messaging or embedded on the practice site.
Who owns what.
You set the offering
Your material, your service scope, your relationship with the practice. Work you authored independently stays yours, including the reusable library you build up across clients.
We supply the platform
Patient Protect remains the platform the office logs into. Your content can be attributed to you and appropriately co-branded — this is not a white-label program, and the office knows whose platform it is.
The office keeps its account
Its own subscription, its own direct relationship with us, its own records. Your business associate agreement and the authorization an office gives you are separate from the agreement it has with us.
When the paid entitlement ends
Future authoring, publishing and distribution stop, as do live customized workflows. The office keeps its completed records, prior form submissions, the document copies it adopted and its historical evidence, under its own terms. Your reusable library remains yours — we do not take ownership of it, and we do not host it indefinitely for free.
The office’s own plan still applies.
Customization does not quietly upgrade anyone. Digital forms need Pro, so a partner form delivered to a practice on Basic needs that practice on Pro first. Every physical location keeps its own Patient Protect subscription. Shared ownership, a single covered entity or centralized administration does not make six locations one subscription.
What each office paysScope an offering with us.
Commercial terms reflect the offering and the portfolio. Tell us what you want to publish and to how many offices, and we will put a proposal together.
