HIPAA Enablement Specialist

About the role
High-volume sales specialist focused on rapidly onboarding independent healthcare practices across the West Coast. You'll be our presence in the largest healthcare market in the country.
What you'll do
- Drive high-volume outreach to independent dental, medical, and behavioral health practices
- Conduct discovery calls and platform demonstrations
- Convert qualified leads through consultative selling
- Build and nurture relationships with local healthcare networks
- Organize and attend local healthcare events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns and content
- Meet and exceed monthly activation targets
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in high-velocity B2B sales, preferably SaaS or healthcare
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in transactional sales environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter comfortable with autonomy
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Healthcare industry knowledge a plus, but not required — we'll train you
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Los Angeles metro area
